Refund and Returns Policy

At Glam Girls, we value our customers and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and refunds. Please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale, clearance, and personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of defect or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cosmetics, skincare products, and accessories that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards and any promotional items received with your purchase.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email our Customer Service team at returns@glamgirls.online with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
  3. Pack your items securely and include the RA# in your return package.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • If you used a discount or promotional code at the time of purchase, the refund will reflect the amount paid after applying the discount.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service at support@glamgirls.online within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or payment method used for the purchase.
  • Then, contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@glamgirls.online.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not been shipped. After this period, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
